Lebanon ausgezeichnet für besten Ton

The film Lebanon received the Ophir Award (comparable to the German Film Award) in Israel. We are very excited about this distinction because it clearly shows how well done the film is and how great a role sound plays in the overall outcome.

We would like to thank everyone who participated. First of all, Samuel Maoz for his trust and Alex Claude for his collaboration and desire to make the film with us. Thanks also belong to Tobi Fleig, whom we were able to win over for the project and who mastered this difficult task with excellence. And of course to our own employees Jan Petzold (Sound design), Sebastian Stroux (Foley mixer), as well as our freelancers Wilmont Schulze (Foley artist) and Sebastian Pohle (Foley editing), who gave 100 percent and helped make this film so successful.
Thank you, and to all who are still going to see the movie – have fun.

The complete sound post-production was managed by Torus.
Under the creative direction of Israeli Sound designer Alex Claude, the film’s sound concept was realized.
Lebanon is our second collaboration with sound mix technician Tobias Fleig.
Congratulations to everyone who helped to make this film.
It is wonderful that a film, whose difficult subject was captured so well, receives such recognition.
